HOOK BLOCK
INTRODUCTION of Crane Hook Bock:
Generally speaking, a crane hook block can be a forged hook or laminated hook. It can be a single hook or ramshorn hook, with a lifting capacity from 5t to 500t. Hook block is an easy-to-find crane part for almost all cranes and lifting equipment.
FORGING SINGLE HOOK BLOCK:
1. Forged single hook, forged by DG20(DG20Mn).
2. All hooks will be equipped with a safety latch to prevent the load from unhooking.
3. Ratio of pulley diameter and wire rope diameter is greater than 20 to ensure service life of rope.
4. All pulleys will be equipped with protection cover or device to prevent rope out of groove.
FORGING DOUBLE RAMSHORN HOOK BLOCK:
1. Forged ramshorn hook, forged by DG20(DG20Mn).
2. The forging double hook has good stress condition, and the hook body material can be fully utilized.
3. All hooks will be equipped with a safety latch to prevent the load from unhooking.
4. Ratio of pulley diameter and wire rope diameter is greater than 20 to ensure service life of rope.
5. A protective pad is set at the hook mouth to ensure that the hook mouth will not be damaged by the friction of the spreader and prolong its service life. The protective pad can be replaced when it is damaged.
LAMINATED RAMSHORN HOOK BLOCK:
1. The hook is a laminated gantry hook, riveted with Q345-B steel plates, and a pad is set at the hook mouth.
2. A protective pad is set at the hook mouth to ensure that the hook mouth will not be damaged by the friction of the spreader and prolong its service life. The protective pad can be replaced when it is damaged.
3. The laminated double hook will not break suddenly as a whole, which is safe and reliable.
4. All hooks will be equipped with a safety latch to prevent the load from unhooking.
5. Ratio of pulley diameter and wire rope diameter is greater than 20 to ensure service life of rope.
6. All pulleys will be equipped with protection cover or device to prevent rope out of groove.
7. Laminated hook is usually used to lift heavy load and ladle.
