OVERLOAD LIMITER
INTRODUCTION
The overload limiter is a safety device installed on the hoisting drum to sense the lifting weight of an overhead crane or gantry crane to prevent overload. This overload limiter is composed of two parts: the bearing seat sensor and control instrument, with weight digital display, overload automatic alarm, and power cut-off instrument. It’s applicable to the bridge crane and gantry crane.

SETTING
1. Warning forecast---90% of the rated load (red glint, buzzer warning sound intermittently. but don’t cut off the power supply)
2. Warning delay----105% of the rated load (delay 1~2 seconds red light, buzzer sound warning continuously. then cut off the power supply)
3. Warning immediately----120% of the rated load (red light, buzzer sound warning continuously, then cut off power supply at once)
