DOUBLE GIRDER GANTRY CRANE
INTRODUCTION
The double girder gantry crane is with a double main beam/girder structure. Winch hoist runs on the girders for lifting operation. The gantry crane travels on rail tracks to different positions for material handling. At the two ends of the main beam, there can be outstretched cantilevers for a larger working range. Some gantry cranes only have an outrigger leg on one side, and the other side is supported on the factory building or supporting I-beam. They are called semi-gantry cranes. The double-girder gantry cranes are all made in accordance with advanced FEM/DIN standards. Standard lifting capacity: 10t – 1,200t.
APPLICATION
Double girder gantry crane is general-purpose lifting equipment mainly used for outdoor cargo yard, stockyard cargo, port freight yards, bulk cargo loading, and unloading.
