Heavy-Duty Jib Crane
INTRODUCTION of Heavy-Duty Jib Crane:
A heavy-duty jib crane is a floor-mounted jib crane with a wire rope hoist as the lifting mechanism. The Max. lifting weight can be up to 20t. This jib crane also consists of a column, slewing jib arm, cantilever drive, and electric hoist (CD MD hoist or European standard hoist). The lower end of the column pillar is fixed on the concrete foundation floor by the anchor bolts, and the reducer is driven by the motor to rotate the jib arm. The electric hoist is running along the jib I-beam for reciprocating operation.
Capacity: 2t, 3t, 5t, 10t, 16t, 20t
Parameters:
• Maximum working diameter: 8m
• Cantilever length: 1-9 (m)
• Effective lifting height: 0-18 (m)
• Maximum rotational speed: 1 (r / min)
• Span: 1-9 (m)
• Scope: Heavy equipment maintenance lifting
• Rated lifting torque: 60 (kN.m)
• Rated lifting capacity: 1-20 (tons)
• Control: ground manual or remote control
Features of Heavy-Duty Jib Crane:
It has the features of simple structure, easy operation, small size, large operating range, so this heavy-duty jib crane is widely used in machinery manufacturing, automobile, shipbuilding, and other modern industry production lines, assembly lines, assembly lines and warehouses, terminals, laboratories or other occasions for the material lifting operations.
The machine has two types of manipulation: electric rotation and manual rotation. The rotary arm rotation angle can be 180 °, 270 °, 345 °, and 360 °.
