Overhead Crane with Electromagnetic Beam Spreader
INTRODUCTION
Overhead crane with electromagnets beam spreader is dedicated equipment for lifting and handling steel products, plates, pipes, billet, sheet, bar, etc. It is composed of the girder, traveling and lifting mechanisms, electrical parts and electromagnet spreader.
The electromagnetic spreader beams have 2 kinds: rotating beam (Upper rotatable trolley or lower rotatable hanging beam) and non-rotating beam (vertical or parallel to main girder).
Features
1. Three entrances to the operator’s cabin: end, side and top entrances;
2. The rotating part of the hook must be locked by screws when electromagnets working;
3. Lifting capacity includes the weight of electromagnets beam spreader, and weight of the whole crane does not include the weight of electromagnets and its components;
4. Box girder is welded in high strength by robots;
5. Wheels, winding drums, gears and couplings are manufactured by CNC machine with the best quality;
6. Bridge truck has a centralized lubricating system;
7. International and Chinese famous brands of motors such as ABB, Siemens or Wuxi NGP will be used as per customer’s requirement;
8. Electrical parts made by Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi, CHINT, DELIXI.
9. Independent control system: wireless remote control or operator’s cab console control;
10. Be equipped with hoisting overload protection device;
11. Polyurethane buffer be equipped at both long traveling and cross traveling mechanisms;
12. Long travel and cross travel with limit switch;
