Introduction:
The 900t bridge handling gantry crane is designed for the bridge road (Elevated bridges, highways, railways) construction for lifting and handling of Prefabricated concrete bridges.
Structure:
This gantry crane consists of a main girder, supporting legs, travelling mechanism, lifting mechanism, electric control system, hydraulic system, driver cabin, railing, ladder and walking plat.
Working Principle:
After the bridge body is completed, the bridge handling gantry crane starts and enters the lower part of the bridge body. Four 320 ton ultra-high pressure synchronous jacks work to lift the bridge body and compact it with shims.
The walking mechanism is activated, and the bridge has been sent to the storage position. The lifting iron jack is slowly lowered, and the bridge is placed on the support frame.
The traveling mechanism is double wheel mechanism that runs on two tracks, with four wheel group set on each side of the bridge.

Basic conditions: The self weight of the beam is about 950T, with a longitudinal direction of 5000mm and a width of 32000mm.
The space under the beam passage is limited to a height of 1200mm and a width of 600mm.
