Steel Pipe Handling Crane
Description
A steel pipe handling overhead crane is a metallurgy industry overhead crane designed for handling steel pipes with dedicated lifters such as C-hooks, magnetic blocks, clamps, etc. The crane is also for distributing steel pipes in the production line before the steel pipes are sawed. We make intelligent overhead cranes to automatically transport steel pipes from one roller table to any designated places, so as to realize the distribution of steel pipe.
Features
1. The position signal is input into PLC from the encoder to realize automatic and accurate positioning. PLC calculates the speed and uses V-shaped structure steel wire rope to prevent swing, so as to reduce the swing amplitude and improve the production efficiency and safety of the crane.
2. The anti-sway and automatic precise positioning system realize the full-automatic, fast, and intelligent transportation and distribution of steel pipes.
3. The crane adopts a redundant design scheme. The hoisting mechanism, trolley traveling mechanism, and electrical components are equipped with a standby system to improve reliability.
